Well Drossi when that's your job title, then shouldn't you by all means do what's asked of your job description? I mean if you're a stripper and your business is to make money why wouldn't you do it huh? And you're right about there not being a "double standard" but there is. I've witnessed WHITE WOMEN flock BLACKS who aren't spending ANY money but yet you have a problem with "mexicans"? Why are you in this business again? hmm....
Should you do what's asked of your job description? Of course you said. That said, a stripper's job description is to give dances to whatever person she chooses. Going to a strip club isn't the same thing as going to a McDonalds, if the employees don't want to serve you for one reason or another (be it race, appearance, hygiene), they don't have to, it's not against the law. It is her business to make money but it's also her business to make money however way she feels comfortable doing so considering giving lap dances is an incredibly intimate profession.
Now the question becomes, is it philosophically "right" for a dancer to deny certain types of people dances? If a dancer has historically had bad experiences with a certain race of customers, is it right for her to stereotype everybody of that race into one and deny that entire race of customers dances? When answering this question, however, one has to take into account that a dancer having a bad experience at her job is much different than a regular person having a bad experience at their jobs. While a regular person's bad day at work might include dealing with some shitty customers or an asshole of a boss, a dancer's bad day at work might include PL's basically overstepping their boundaries and molesting them during a dance. They might stick their fingers ni their vaginas and assholes, try to suck on their tits, expose their penis to them during a dance, or simply being over-aggressive.
I personally believe that given the highly sensitive and intimate nature of their jobs, strippers have the right to deny ANYONE they don't feel comfortable with a dance. If a dancer has had a historically bad experience with a certain race of customers, I don't think there is anything wrong with her denying that race dances. She's not a robot, she can't scan the club and weed out which customers will cross the line during a dance so she's forced to do the only other alternative available which is just to ignore that entire group of customers. Unfortunately this sucks for you as you become collateral damage but that's just the way it is and there's no use complaining about it. The best thing to do is listen to Sal's advice and just move on to the next chick.
And further Drossi, you're essentially saying that it's "ok" and "acceptable" to be racist to ONE type of ethnicity as long as you tailor to OTHER races, mainly Blacks right? Gee... talk about a "double standard"
Really? That's what you got from my post? It's okay to be racist against one minority as long as you tailor another minority? Exactly where did you get your degree from, the University of Phoenix? You should go apply for Fox News, they'd love your ability to twist and misinterpret words around.
