I visited this club during the daytime several times over the past few months. My review:
I really like this place during the day shift. To me the club is the right mix of glitz and grit. Not too fancy like those Dallas clubs, and not a biker bar. The stage is large and decently lit with a lot of mirrored surfaces.
There are usually 6-15 dancers after 1 p.m. I prefer the petite body style dancer. Here are some of the ladies with whom I got good to great dances:
Lexi, Natalie, Jayden, Amara, Alexx, Janine
Some okay dances in the moment, but uneven overall experience: Kaylie, Stardust, Shane.
Of course, each and every dance is a chemistry experiment of sorts so your experience will be different.
Always treated well by Pamela at the door, Gabby at the bar, and waitress Natalie. No harassment from bouncer dudes.
DJ not too loud or too much part of the show.
Thursday $100 1/2 VIP is a great experience with the right dancer.
This is not the nastiest spot or the tamest spot and I like it that way.
They just spent a few dollars here on some hypnotic red and green lighting and there are a lot of new photos of dancers. One upgrade I could do without are those pictures of girls holding up magnifying glasses on the urinal stalls. WTF?

I guess they figure if you don't get a VIP box, you aren't there to spend or something? Also, nobody has said a word about how they have had MASSIVE turnover in a few short months. Something must have changed on the pay scale system because the new girls are all about instant action now, either you're getting a lap dance RIGHT NOW or fuck you, and away they go. less

The 1/4 of the girls that make the rounds are the ones I don't want a dance from!!
I heard the pay scale changed to 50/50 for girls that don't schedule themselves. But still 60/40 for the girls that do schedule themselves.

But coming from SR Oxnard where the hustle is very high, it is a lot less of the buy a lady a drink antics here esp in the daytime. Every business seemingly has these people where you wonder what they do and how they stay employed and I guess that this applies here too.
I know nothing of the payout structure or turnover, but hasten to add that most of the ladies I mentioned positively have been there for a few months. Nighttime at DVNH, I have no experience so this is where the turnover might be higher. In any event, thank you for writing. less

Most dancers here will only get up when they HAVE to: blue lights and stage roll calls. Or they will get up if their regulars are in the house.
