I totally agree with BBWLover on his ASSessment of your pricing. See if ownership will match VIP's 22 minute nude VIP's for  100. At least, try to match DVNH's 100 VIP's on Thursdays.
I know quite a few PL's who would give your club a try. Tell Corporate to reduce their pricing so they can compete with the neighboring clubs.
Tell Corporate to bring back the free admission web passes too. The 2-4-1 passes or half off ones are not competitive with VU or VIP.

If it is approved, the settlement calls for a gross settlement amount of $10 million, which would be divided among dancers who performed at Spearmint Rhino, Rouge and Blue Zebra adult cabarets in California, Nevada, Florida, Texas, Idaho and Kentucky. It is not yet known how many women will benefit from the settlement.
The agreement would force clubs in California to stop charging dancers stage fees and would further require the clubs to reclassify all dancers as employees within 18 months.
But the agreement would allow clubs to continue treating dancers as independent contractors for certain reasons.
One such exemption would occur if, after one year of reclassification, the surrounding adult nightclubs haven’t converted their dancers to employees and “they are unable to remain competitive in the adult nightclub industry by continuing to treat the dancers as employees.”

TaosHum mentions a negative I neglected to mention, and is correct. The laser-like lights do shine in the viewer's eyes, and isn't comfortable.
The invitations to come to the club to "relax" are inconsistent with the:
1. laser-like lights which, instead of being aimed from above at the stage, are horizontally oriented, and aimed outward toward the stage, and then audience.
2. too loud music
3. waaay too loud level of the dj
Taos, your observation about the fat chicks is what kept me away for years, but during my recent visits I didn't encounter any obese creatures of past visits.
To improve those irritants would be a minor effort, however I doubt the sensibility of the management is consistent with ours.

do they still shine bright, flashing, laser-like lights directly into people's eyes here? I really do dislike going here, you have the lights mounted DIRECTLY BEHIND THE DANCERS ONSTAGE which... duh! results in laser-like lights pulsing you constantly in the eyes if you are looking anywhere near the stage and the wall of squelching "sound" which consists of music played at full blast with the treble maxed out and then the DJ talks and unless you already have ear damage, you cringe every word he says... not to mention the fat chicks... what's the deal with this place? is it for deaf roadies who are in mid-stage development of glaucoma who happen to like fat chicks? I don't know how the girls stand the visual/audio assault on their senses for however many hours they work per day.

I've visited the club about three times in the last month, after not stepping in there for well over a year.
My observations are that they've greatly improved their hiring standards. I saw not one single grossly overweight dancer, as was the norm there a year and two ago, and some of the girls were really hot.
Mileage ranged from "hands at your side" to good, with vibe that higher is available.
The one really negative issue I have with the club is the sound level of the music, which is too loud, and the sound level of the dj, which is opressively loud. These idiots have the level of the dj so loud, that you can feel the pressure waves from his voice over the sound system; his announcements are so loud and poorly equalized that they're barely intelligible. If the mangers weren't deaf and/or stupid, they would crank it down.
When I read BZ Knight's invitation to come to the club to relax, I can only think the staff has hearing damage from the sound levels. Going there for titillation: yes. Going there for relaxation: impossible.
Maybe management should go to a classy club, such as 4 Play to hear a comfortable level of music and dj. That's a place where it's possible to relax without having to cover your ears.
If any disgruntled employee is looking for grounds for a lawsuit against them for hearing damage, or would like to see them hit with a fine by the government, their sound levels are clearly OSHA violations.
