Spent a couple of nights at the Deja Vu on a recent trip. Had dances from a few of the girls (Alazay, December, and Summer). Alazay was cool - Hispanic who is coming back after some time off. Pretty good dances. Beautiful legs. December was a little more high pse with a definite money making agenda - but okay. My favorite was Summer - dark haired with tatoos on her left arm and side. Knew what she was doing both on the stage and in the lap area. Well worth the visit (and the money spent). Good personality and able to hold her own in conversation. Best part of visit was when DJ (during dollar dances) let us give the dancers a lap. That was cool and Summer seemd to be tickled by it all. In any event when I go back I'll be looking for Summer!

SanchoVilla, that was a very nice post. I remember back when the DVCOI first opened, there was a DJ and some dancers that were imported from the Bakersfield club. I've never been to Bakersfield, but maybe someday Kharma could be induced to make a guest visit to DVCOI, so that we in the IE could see for ourselves what she is like.

Stopped in on Friday afternoon to check out the local version from my favorite chain of clubs. It's pretty much like the three clubs in the LA area. Same prices, clean with friendly managers and staff. The volume of the music seemed a little low for my taste and they played more R & B than I experienced at the other clubs, not a bad thing, just an observation. About 8 girls were working. Most were ok looking and not too pushy. I had a nice dance with a cute Asian whose name I can't recall and with a Latina named Kharma. Kharma is a slender beauty with long dark hair and natural b cups. She has a couple of tats and piercings that enhance her look. She had a serious look on her face but once she felt comfortable with me she shot me a heart stopping smile that was both intriguing and arousing. To me she has the "Vanessa quality" that many of my fellow PL's at DVCOI have experienced and been captivated by. Her dances were an exotic mix of shyness and sensuality that made my three hour drive home a blur.

Don't know if you will see this but STACeY YOU ARE HOT - THANKS FOR THE DANCES - got a few dances from Stacey in the booths - touching allowed - except for certain areas - she was cool - only thing about this club is they had way too many dancers for the number of customers - went on a Thurs night - I counted l5 dancers at one time with about l0 customers. Seems like there is a lot of drama as well. Stacy was into it with another dancer and the manager delivered her enemy to me for a dance. Didn't know anything but found out about it later - from Stacey. Got a dance from a Gunnar Nelson look alike (with huge fake tits and 5 vaginal piercings) that was a waste of time. Take Stacey - can't miss with her. She appreciates gentleman.

Been to this club three times and favorite has to be Vanessa. She is a latin girl with natural rack but recently on the heavier side... still nice grind and for the heavy-hitters better than average mileage. Surpisingly club has good variety of girls for being in BFE...

This club is ok considering it is the only one in Bakersfield. There were about 12-15 girls. Several were hotties, several so-so's, and several bow-wows. There were many latino gentlemen in the crowd including some that looked kinda gangsta.
Dances here are interesting. Feed $20 bills into the machine for a credit of several minutes. The counter is digital, but it doesn't count down in seconds. Instead it uses it's own countdown pace.
While I was there, they had 2 for 1's for $20 and VIP dances for $40. the $20 2 for 1 is a waste of time since the dancer comes no closer that 1-2 feet. The $40 dance gets you a bit of closer contact, but I was continually reminded that no touching was allowed. I guess johnnie law is cracking down. Supposedly in a month things will be back to normal... whatever normal means.
I got dances from a couple of black chicks. I also got the vip dance from Akita. Akita is a very hot asian. Good stage dancer. Lap dance was good but she keep ramming her knee in my nutsack. She needs to work on her technique. If she corrects this bad bad habit, she can go big time. She is very very hot.
The was one other hot chick there, but I dont know her name. She had long black hair and a killer bod with nicely shaped ass.
I will come back to Deja Vu when I visit Bakersfield again, but I wont waste my money (well not too much anyway) if the nasty factor doesn't improve to 3.0 or better.

Living in Bakersfield, and being over 18 and under 21 (I'll be 21 in February) is tough. There's not a whole lot of option for adult fun. In fact, there's only one place, Deja Vu Showgirls.
The 'Vu', as Zbone mentioned in his review, is going through a complete over haul. Let me tell you, they needed it, the club had a late 80's vibe to it prior to the remodel. New stage, new floor, new walls and private booths.
The new stage is a bit awkward, it's very high off the ground, the bottom of the stage is at just about eye level which is fine, when the girls are dancing on the floor, showing off the goods. But not so good when they are walking around, which is what the majority of the dancers do. The stage is made out of GYNORMOUS slabs of granite, which is a major improvement over the faux plywood look they were going for back in the day. However, I do miss the low stage.
The new lap booths are extremely small, I'm not a big guy. 5'11" only 170lbs. Let me tell you, squeezing in to the booth is very difficult, especially if the dancer wants to stand up on the chair, which they are allowed to do.
One other new annoyance that has seemed to pop up recently, is the ol' "Buy the lady a drink" routine. The drink is nothing more then a $10 Red Bull. Not cool, Vu!
The girls, for the most part are pretty cool, as per usual, day time girls are not as pretty as the night shift girls. Fortunatley, the increase in mileage is negligible. So, as long as you find the right girl, you're going to have a good time no matter what time you visit. Daytime is also a lot quiter then night, with only on average about 7-10 girls in house during the day. There are a few bad apples in the club, but I'll get to that a bit later.
The club always has some kind of special going on every day of the week. Monday is Retro monday, which means ten dollar lap dances, Tuesday is 2-4-1 day, which is buy two dances for the price of one ($20), and your usual, blue light dance, blackout dance, longest song of the hour dance, blah blah blah. My advice, go on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Monday and Tuesday for you value shoppers and Friday if you want the lookers.
On my trip today I test drove three girls.
Honey -
Extremely cute, white girl, super skinny, around 20 years old, gives a good dance but a bit mechcanical. But she is super nice and has an awesome attitude.
Cinamon -
Avoid this dancer like the plauge! Believe, she is the biggest ROB in the joint. She is the most annoying, unsexy person I've met in my life. She will not leave you alone with her claims of that she's the nastiest dancer. Bull$hit.
Unkown Blonde -
Wow, this one. She's a keeper. Give the most sensual and erotic dances I've ever had in my life. I think her name might of been Cali/Kali. She has tattoos on her shoulders and has the nicest bolt-ons I've seen in my life.
So, in closing. The 'Vu' is the only game in town, the only place where you can enjoy some dancing and some good looking girls. But, compared to clubs I've been to in Los Angeles, the 'Vu' is a joke.

My Experience

I said to myself, if they every bring this club up I'll put my two cents worth because it was such a mixed experience. I was there in October for two days, a Monday and a Tuesday. As the old saying goes, the difference was like night and day. On Monday, the only time i was there during the day there were a few girls there, mostly average looking, and one star (whose name I can't remember, sad to say). She was incredible. One of the very best dances I have ever had in the $10. dance area. It is almost worth the drive to see her again.
The night was a totally different story. A much better mix of girls, especially on Monday night. But as soon as you headed for the booths, it was "I only dance for $20" After I walked away from two dancers (something I rarely do), I found a couple that seemed more content with $10., although each tried to jack up the price. Every girl wanted the money in advance. As a result the dances were very mechanical and almost worthless.
I tried Tuesday night and essentially it was a repetition of Monday night. The girls were good-looking, but the dances were not good at all.
In summary, if you come during the day, look for the 10. I don't think you can miss her. She was great. At night, be ready to bargain or else you are going to be very disappointed.
